Montarra Homes is growing our first Colorado team. We’re looking for a skilled Framing Carpenter who takes pride in precision and wants to create beautiful mountain homes with positive energy.

What you’ll do:

Precise framing and SIPs installation.
Work directly with our Lead Carpenter.
Help maintain a joyful, focused job site every day.

Requirements:

5+ years framing experience.
SIPs or panelized construction experience preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, and work at heights.
Ability to work well with other trades and general contractors.

Pay: $35–$40 per hour + overtime

Perks: Tool allowance, crew meals on big days, room to grow
